..Title Confirming the appointment of Pedro A. Ramos as City Solicitor. ..Body WHEREAS, Mayor John F. Street has appointed Pedro A. Ramos as City Solicitor; and WHEREAS, Section 3-203 of the Home Rule Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council for the appointment of City Solicitor; now therefore RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby consents to and confirms the appointment of Pedro A. Ramos as City Solicitor. ..End
