Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 74 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 436 East Wildey street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with James J. Neil and to take such asction as may be necessary to effectuat the redevelopment contract and dispositon supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
