Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Brewerytown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 & % also sometimes identified by respective house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 1 as 3013-3015 Baltz street, for Parcel No. 2 as 1240 North Thirtieth street, for Parcel No. 3 as 1228 North Thirtieth street, for Parcel No. 4 as 3039-3041 Baltz street and for Parcel No. 5 as 1214 North Thirtieth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Pyramid Development, L.P. and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
