..Title Amending Resolution No. 040001 concerning the Rules for the government of the City Council of Philadelphia by amending Section III, entitled "Standing Committees," by adding a Committee on Waterfront Development. ..Body RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Resolution No. 040001 is hereby amended by amending Section III of the Rules for the government of this Council to read as follows: III. Standing Committees 1. The Standing Committees shall be as follows: * * * Committee on Waterfront Development (Consisting of not less than seven (7) members.) To the extent they relate to the areas along the banks of the Schuylkill and Delaware Rivers, all matters relating to municipal development and zoning, the City Planning Commission, the Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, and the Art Commission, and such other matters relating to waterfront development as the Council President may determine. The President of the Council shall serve as chair of the Committee, and the membership of the Committee shall include, but not be limited to, all district Council Members who represent districts that include any portion of the banks of the Schuylkill or Delaware River. * * * ..End Councilman Frank DiCicco 1st District Councilman April 15, 2004
