Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Eastwick Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 48 also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 7936-7940 Buist avenue and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Mr. and Mrs. Gus Williams, Jr. and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
