..Title Transmitting a bill approving the fifteenth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the South Central Urban Renewal Area, being the area beginning at the intersection of the southerly side of Washington avenue projected and the easterly side of Delaware avenue, including the fifteenth amendment to the urban renewal plan and the twelfth amendment to the relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately fifteen (15) properties for residential and related reuses; the additional land acquisition of one (1) property for commercial and related reuse; the additional land acquisition of eighteen (18) properties for industrial and related reuse, a change of the land use and related controls for the area bounded by Kimball street, League street, Twentieth street and Nineteenth street from residential and related to industrial and related uses, the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority. ..End ?? -1-
