..Title Amending Section 10-722 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use of Dumpsters," by prohibiting dumpsters on Strawberry Street between Chestnut Street and Market Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 10. REGULATION OF INDIVIDUAL CONDUCT AND ACTIVITY. * * * CHAPTER 10-700. REFUSE AND LITTERING. * * * §10-722. Use of Dumpsters. * * * (5) Dumpsters are prohibited at the following locations: (a) Strawberry Street between Chestnut an Market Streets. * * * SECTION 2.
