Transmitting a resolution authorizing the Director of Housing, on behalf of The City of Philadelphia, to file an application and, if the application is accepted, to execute a contract to obtain a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development for funding revitalization efforts in residential and mixed use areas in close proximity to a commercial district and to further enhance the downtown area by improving the viability of older neighborhoods.
