The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2005 within the General Fund. FROM: 2.37 FROM DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS Personal Services - Employee Benefits $ 6,776,000 Total $ 6,776,000 Total "FROM" Section $6,776,000 TO: 2.16 TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT Personal Services $ 6,776,000 Total $ 6,776,000 Total "TO" Section $ 6,776,000 SECTION 2.
