..Title Amending Bill No. 040602 (approved July 1, 2004), relating to the Fiscal 2005 Capital Budget, by reenacting certain appropriations made in that ordinance for improvements to existing recreation facilities. ..Body WHEREAS, On July 1, 2004, the Mayor approved Bill No. 040602, entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Fiscal 2005 Capital Budget"; and WHEREAS, The Mayor's signature copy of Bill No. 040602 includes the City Solicitor's statement that the Bill was "[a]pproved as to form and validity, subject to the invalidity and severability of the increase from $4 million to $11 million in line 67 for FY2005"; and WHEREAS, The purpose of this ordinance is to re-enact that $11 million appropriation in the capital budget ordinance in accordance with all required procedures; now, therefore, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Bill No. 040602 (approved July 1, 2004), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Fiscal 2005 Capital Budget," is hereby amended by deleting the amounts shown for line item 67 ("Improvements to Existing Recreation Facilities"), and adding for that line item a total amount of eleven million dollars ($11 million), all of which shall be allocated to the category "CN." ..End ?? ?? ?? ?? 2
