..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020430), approved November 13, 2002 entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 312 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Jackson Street from Pearson Street to Aubrey Street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020430) is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by November 13, 2005. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law. ______________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
