Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to accept a deed from the School District of Philadelphia for that certain parcel of land commonly known as 8730 Old Line Road; and amending Title 15 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Parks and Recreation," to place the parcel under the care and jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission upon completion of the conveyance of the parcel to the City; all under certain provisions and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Commissioner of Public Property.
