AN ORDINANCE Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010713) approved April 17, 2002, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 194 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Bodine Street from Diamond Street to Susquehanna Avenue, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010713) approved April 17, 2002 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by April 17, 2004 2006: * * * SECTION 2.
