..Title Repealing an Ordinance (Bill No. 030562), amending Title 20 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Officers and Employees," that added a new Chapter entitled "Campaign Contributions and Expenditures," under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Bill Number 030562 returned by the Mayor and reconsidered by this Council on December 18, 2003, is hereby repealed in its entirety. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
