Moore Avenue Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 369 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 1703-1705 Cecil B. Moore Avenue; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Georgette Davis and to take such action as my be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
