..Title Amending Chapter 10-1800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Vicarious Liability for Student Conduct," by amending the definition of "Educational Housing Districts," to include the Twelfth and Seventeenth Wards, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 10-1800 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 10-1800. VICARIOUS LIABILITY FOR STUDENT CONDUCT. §10-1801. (1) "Educational Housing District." Shall mean the following geographic areas: * * * (b) The Twelfth and Seventeenth Wards. * * * SECTION 2.
