Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Independence Mall Urban Renewal Area, Unit No. 4 designated as Parcel No. 11A (revised), and being the area generally bounded by northeast corner of Ninth street and Arch street), authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Nine Arch Associates L.P., and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
