Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property and the Executive Director of the Fairmount Park Commission, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into an agreement to lease to Friends of Father Judge High School, Inc., for further sublease to the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, approximately 0.398 acres of ground located east of the intersection of Rowland and Solly Avenues, and, in consideration thereof, further authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property and the Executive Director of the Fairmount Park Commission, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into an agreement to sublease from the Friends of Father Judge High School, Inc., approximately 0.40 acres of ground located east of Rowland and Solly Avenues, under certain terms and conditions.
