..Title Authorizing the paving of Driftwood Drive, Falls Circle, Riverview Lane and an extension of Founders Place, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner, pursuant to the provision of Sections 11-502 and 11-503 of The Philadelphia Code, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the paving of Driftwood Drive from Riverview Lane and Founders Place to Falls Circle, Falls Circle from Riverview Lane to Merrick Road, Riverview Lane from Driftwood Drive and Founders Place to Falls Circle, and an extension of Founders Place from its current terminus to Riverview Lane and Driftwood Drive. SECTION 2. In lieu of the provisions of Section 1, the party in interest shall file an agreement and bond with corporate surety, satisfactory to the Law Department and in an amount determined by the Streets Department, to cover the cost of the work required to completely pave Driftwood Drive, Falls Circle, Riverview Lane and an extension of Founders Place at its sole cost and expense in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the City of Philadelphia. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the cost thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one hundred and twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law. ..End 1
