..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040569) approved July 1, 2004, entitled "An Ordinance Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 205 in the vicinity of Fairhill Street and Annsbury Street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040569) is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by July 1, 2007. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law. _____________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
