..Title Amending Section PM-302.2 of the Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code, entitled "Sanitation," by extending a property owner's maintenance responsibility to certain public rights-of-way abutting the property and by making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: TITLE 4. THE PHILADELPHIA BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY CODE * * * CHAPTER 4-200. TEXT OF SUBCODES. * * * SUBCODE "PM" (THE PHILADELPHIA PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE) * * * CHAPTER 3. GENERAL PROPERTY AND STRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE. * * * PM-302.2 Sanitation: All exterior property and premises, including porches, patios, yards, courts and decks, and sidewalks, curbs and alleys abutting said property, extending one and one-half feet from the curb line into the street on which the property fronts, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition and free from any accumulation of: 1.
