..Title Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 356 and 378 by striking from the City Plan the Industrial Highway from the Philadelphia-Delaware County Line to Island Avenue, and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way within the bed of the Industrial Highway for drainage purposes, water main purposes, gas main purposes and public utility purposes, if needed, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-405 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized and directed to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 356 and 378 by: (a) Striking from the City Plan the Industrial Highway from the Philadelphia-Delaware County Line to Island Avenue. (b) Reserving and placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes, gas main purposes and public utility purposes within the bed of the Industrial Highway being stricken under authority of this Ordinance, if needed. SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon confirmation by the Board of Surveyors. ..End
