..Title Amending Section 10-112 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Keeping Farm Animals," by deleting the provision permitting the keeping of farm animals on parcels of 3 acres or more. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: TITLE 10. REGULATION OF INDIVIDUAL CONDUCT AND ACTIVITY CHAPTER 10-100. ANIMALS * * * §10-112. Keeping Farm Animals. (1) No person shall keep a farm animal anywhere except: * * * [ (h) on a parcel of real property of 3 or more acres, provided this subsection (h) shall not apply with respect to pigs. ] ______________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted. ..End
