..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on the sidewalk bounded by Tasker street, Passyunk avenue and Eleventh street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: § 9-213. Farmers' Markets * * * (7) Permissible Locations: * * * (x) The sidewalk bounded by Tasker street, Passyunk avenue and Eleventh street. * * * _____________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
