..Title Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 9-203 relating to Street Vendors and Section 9-205 relating to Sidewalk Sales, by prohibiting street and sidewalk vending on certain portions of Spring Garden Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * §9-203. Street Vendors. * * * (7) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (o) stop, stand or park his vehicle or conveyance for the purpose of selling any goods, wares and merchandise on the following roadways: * * * (.4) The South side of Spring Garden Street between 15th Street and 16th Street. * * * §9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain: * * * (.374) The south side of Spring Garden Street between 15th Street and 16th Street. ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
