..Title Amending Chapter 10-400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Noise and Excessive Vibration," by adding and making changes to certain definitions; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 10-400 of The Philadelphia Code is amended as follows: CHAPTER 10-400. NOISE AND EXCESSIVE VIBRATION. * * * §10-402. Definitions. * * * (3.1) Concert venue. A facility used for musical or similar performances with a seating capacity of more than 1,000. * * * (13) Residential property.
