..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040763) approved October 27, 2004, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 187 by striking from the City Plan and vacating a portion of Salmon Street between Castor Avenue and Butler Street, and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes, within the bed of Salmon Street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040763) is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2.
