..Title Amending Chapter 21-1100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Community Development," by extending the applicability period. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 21-1100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Community Development," is hereby amended as follows: CHAPTER 21-1100. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. * * * §21-1111. Applicability Period. The provisions of this Chapter shall remain in force and effect until March 18, [2006] 2016. ______________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate existing matter deleted.
