Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development a deed conveying, for nominal consideration, fee simple title to all or a part of the parcel measuring approximately 95, 103 square feet which is located on the southwesterly side of the 3000 block of E. Tioga Street, with the buildings and improvements thereon, for further conveyance at fair market value.
