..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 030347) approved July 31, 2003, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 238 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Salter Street from Third Street to Orianna Street and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right of way for gas main purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of Salter Street being stricken from the City Plan and vacated under authority of this Ordinance, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 030347) approved July 31, 2003 is hereby amended, and Section 3 deleted, to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by November 1, 2007. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law. _____________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
