..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by adding certain definitions to Section 14-207 relating to the "R-11", "R-11A", "R-12" and "R-13" Residential Districts. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * §14-207. "R-11", "R-11A", "R-12", "R-13" Residential Districts. (1) Definitions. (a) Court. Any court as defined in §14-102, extending to any open area of the lot; (b) Group Dwellings. One or more structures intended for single family, two family, or multiple family occupancy on a lot; (c) Structure. Any space enclosed within continuous walls. [(1)](2) Distances from Lot Lines to Structures. * * * [(2)](3) Spacing of Structures. * * * [(3)](4) Courts. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
