..Title Amending Section 6-301 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Food Establishments," by providing additional measures by which the City shall use to insure that food establishments operating in the City are safe and healthy; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 6-301 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §6-301. Food Establishments. * * * (8) Responsibilities of Food Establishments. * * * (b) Conduct a minimum of one (1) self-inspection of the food establishment every three (3) months. * * * (.3) The food establishment shall submit to the Department each self-inspection and shall post in a conspicuous location the most recent self-inspection. * * * (e) The food establishment shall post in a conspicuous location the most recent inspection from the Department. * * * (11) Subject to the exemptions of Section 6-301(9), every food establishment shall be inspected a minimum of two (2) times per year.
