..Title Amending Section 9-212 of The Philadelphia Code by prohibiting newsstands on both sides of 6th Street between Chestnut Street and Sansom Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-212 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Newsstands is amended to read as follows: §9-212. Newsstands. * * * (4) Location of Newsstands. * * * (e) There shall be no newsstand in the following locations: * * * (.6) both sides of 6th Street, between Chestnut Street and Sansom Street. This location shall be exempt from the provisions of subsection 9-212(4)(f). * * * SECTION 2.
