..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-1700, entitled "Administration and Enforcement," by amending Section 14-1708, entitled "Procedure for Enactment of Ordinances," under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to "Zoning and Planning," is hereby amended by amending Chapter 14-1700, entitled "Administration and Enforcement," by amending Section 14-1708, entitled "Procedure for Enactment of Ordinances" as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * CHAPTER 14-1700. ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT. * * * §14-1708. Procedure for Enactment of Ordinances. (1) The procedure to be followed in enacting ordinances which deal with zoning classifications, reclassifications, conditions, restrictions, and any other zoning matter, shall and need only conform in every respect to the procedure for the enactment of all other ordinances of the City as prescribed in the Home Rule Charter, except that not less than 15 days' notice shall be given of public hearings on all zoning ordinances [; provided, that any]. Notice of a public hearing, having been completed by the City Planning Commission, shall be posted by the party-at-interest on each street frontage of the premises with which the proposed zoning ordinance is concerned, for at least 15 days immediately prior to and including the day of the hearing before the Council. Such notice shall be conspicuously displayed and shall be clearly visible to the public, shall be on the forms provided by the Chief Clerk of Council and shall contain, in legible print, all the information therein required, including, but not limited to, the name and address of the party at interest and the date, time and location of the public hearing. Such posted notices shall be properly removed by the party-at-interest after the day of the hearing. Any additional requirements relating to the enactment of zoning ordinances prescribed in the Charter shall also be complied with. * * * SECTION 2.
