..Title Amending Section 12-2705 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by providing at no cost to the applicant a resident parking permit, amending certain provisions all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 12-2705 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: §12-2705. Issuance of Resident Parking Permits. (a) Subject to the provisions of subsections (b)(c)(d) and (e) of this section, the Department of Licenses and Inspections shall issue [to an applicant who has submitted a permit fee of thirty-five ($35.00) dollars], at no cost, to an applicant who has submitted a completed permit application one (1) resident parking permit for the vehicle described in application.
