..Title Amending the Rules of Council to create a standing Committee on the Environment. ..Body RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, THAT Paragraph III of the Rules of Council, as adopted by Resolution No. 040001, are hereby amended as follows: III. Standing Committees 1. The Standing Committees shall be as follows: * * * COMMITTEE ON THE ENVIRONMENT (Consisting of not less than five (5) members.)
