CHAPTER 21-500. SPECIAL ORDINANCES of the Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: *** *** SECTION 2. §21-502. Parks and Playgrounds in the Fourth Councilmanic District (1) All parks and playgrounds, excluding the tot playgrounds, in the Fourth Councilmanic District shall be open to the public between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm year round. Except, for scheduled or sanctioned events and/or activities. (2) All tot playgrounds in the Fourth Councilmanic District shall be open to the public between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. Except from April 1 - October 1 the hours shall be 9 am to 8 pm. SECTION 2.
