Transmitting a bill authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 63 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Carlton Street from Twentieth Street eastwardly approximately 98'4" to a dead-end, by striking and abandoning certain rights-of-way for public utility purposes lying in the beds of former Carlton Street and former Uber Street, by striking and abandoning a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and public utility purposes lying in the bed of former Wood Street, by relocating a certain portion of the curbline on Vine Street 8' in a southerly direction and by relocating a certain portion of the curbline on 20th Street 7' in a westerly direction, all under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
