..Title Amending Section 14-1624 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "North Delaware Avenue Area Special District Controls," by changing the title and expanding the boundaries to include the area bounded generally by Oregon Avenue, Front Street, the Delaware River and Spring Garden Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 14-1610 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: * * * § 14-1624. [North] Delaware Avenue Area Special District Controls. * * * (2) District Boundaries. For the purposes of this Section, the [North] Delaware Avenue Area Special District Controls shall apply to: (a) the area bounded by the north street line of Oregon Avenue on the south, the east street line of Front Street on the west, the west bank of the Delaware River on the east, and the south street line of Spring Garden on the north; and (b) the area bounded by the north street line of Spring Garden street on the south, the west bank of the Delaware River on the east, the south street line of Lehigh avenue on the north and the east street line of Frankford avenue, the north street line of Girard avenue and the east street line of 5th street on the west. * * * __________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added.
