..Title Approving the Plan of Development for a Commercial Entertainment District in the area generally bounded by Delaware Avenue, Shackamaxon Street (extended), the Delaware River and Ellen Street (extended). ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-403 of The Philadelphia Code, the Plan of Development for the Commercial Entertainment District in the area generally bounded by Delaware Avenue, Shackamaxon Street (extended), the Delaware River and Ellen Street (extended), as approved by the Philadelphia City Planning Commission on May 22, 2007, is hereby approved, allowing application to be made in such District for required permits. The complete Plan of Development is set forth in Exhibit "A", on file with the Chief Clerk's Office. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. Exhibit "A" ..End
