..Title Memorializing Council's intent that if the Mayor commits to the expenditure, solely for purposes related to the installation of a City-wide surveillance camera system, of the $10 million of appropriations that would be made available to the General Fund through enactment of Bill Nos. 070545 and 070546, then Council will enact those Bills at the earliest possible date. ..Body WHEREAS, Bill No. 070545 and Bill No. 070546, introduced June 7, 2007, would enable the transfer of $10 million of capital "pay as you go" funds from the Capital Budget to the General Fund, and authorize the expenditure of $10 million in the General Fund with the intent of enabling the installation of a City-wide surveillance camera system; now, therefore, RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, THAT If the Mayor commits to the expenditure, solely for purposes related to the installation of a City-wide surveillance camera system, of the $10 million of appropriations that would be made available to the General Fund through enactment of Bill Nos. 070545 and 070546, then Council will enact those Bills at the earliest possible date. ..End
