Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Point Breeze East Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 95 & 96 and also sometimes identified by house addresses and street addresses for Parcel Nos. 95 as 2325-2335 Cross street and for Parcel No. 96 as 2330-2334 Greenwich street; and authorizign the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Habitat for Humanity - Philadelphia Inc. and to take such action as may be necessry to effectuate the redevelopment contract ad disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
