..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by deed in lieu of condemnation, a certain parcel of ground located at 4960 Longshore Avenue, with the buildings and improvements thereon, for a negotiated price based on replacement cost, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to convey by deed in lieu of condemnation a certain parcel of ground located at 4960 Longshore Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with the buildings and improvements thereon, to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for a negotiated price based on replacement cost. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the City. The Commissioner of Public Property is authorized to enter into an agreement upon terms and in form satisfactory to the City Solicitor for the conveyance of the property pursuant to a deed in lieu of condemnation. ..End
