Transmitting a bill approving the tenth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Nicetown Urban Renewal Area, being the area beginning at the intersection of the easterly side of Broad street and the northerly side of Wingohocking street, projected, including the tenth amendment to the urban renewal plan and the amended relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately nineteen ( 19 ) properties for residential and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law; and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
