November 29, 2007 To The President and the Members of The Council of the City of Philadelphia: I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted November 29, 2007, Bill No. 070539, entitled "An Ordinance amending Section 9-627 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Commercial Establishments or Residential Blockfaces,' to extend the scope of he ordinance to include certain establishments located on corner lots, to require certain establishments to display a poster indicating that the establishment is subject to the terms of this Ordinance and to increase the penalties for violations of the ordinance, all under certain terms and conditions" for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
