..Title Amending Subcode "PM" of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code," by amending Section PM-303.0, entitled "General Property and Structural Maintenance," to require the posting in occupied premises of certain information regarding the person or business responsible for the maintenance and management of the building, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. Section PM-303.0 of Subcode "PM" of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended as follows: TITLE 4. THE PHILADELPHIA BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY CODE * * * SUBCODE "PM" (THE PHILADELPHIA PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE) * * * CHAPTER 3 GENERAL PROPERTY AND STRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE * * * SECTION PM-303.0 INTERIOR AREAS * * * PM-303.6 Posting of Information Regarding Responsibility for Property Maintenance. The owner of every occupied premises shall maintain in a conspicuous place in either the main public area of the premises or other prominent location a posting at least six by eight (6 x 8) inches in size, setting forth: 1. The name, address and telephone number of the person(s) or business responsible for the maintenance and management of the building; 2. The name, address and telephone number of any resident superintendent of the building. Exception: If the building is a one- or two-family dwelling, such notice need not be posted if the owner has furnished any tenants in the building with the information otherwise required to be posted. ..End
