The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the Grants Revenue Fund: FROM: 9.22 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - PROVISION FOR OTHER GRANTS Advances and Other Miscellaneous Payments $ 9,900,000 Total $ 9,900,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 9,900,000 TO: 9.26 LAW DEPARTMENT Purchase of Services $ 9,000,000 Total $ 9,000,000 9.28 BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE FREE LIBRARY OF PHILADELPHIA Materials, Supplies and Equipment $ 900,000 Total $ 900,000 Total "TO" Section $ 9,900,000 Section 2.
