Transmitting a bill authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 120 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Harlan Street and Sharswood Street, each from Nineteenth Street to Twentieth Street, and placing on the City Plan in a new location Harlan Street from Nineteenth Street to Twentieth Street, all under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of the relocated Harlan Street.
