Transmitting a resolution approving the lease agreement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for a portion of the Independence Mall Urban Renewal Area, Unit No. 4 designated as Lease Parcel No. 13 (Revised), being the area generally bounded by Eighth street, Ninth street, South Vine street service road and Race street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the lease with E-Z Park, Inc.; and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the lease, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
