..Title Amending Section 12-1120 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Abandoned Vehicles," by providing that towing and storage fees, charged by authorized salvors for the towing and storage of abandoned vehicles, be assessed in accordance with the provisions of Section 12-2406.1, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 12-1120 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 12-1100. MISCELLANEOUS REGULATIONS AND PENALTIES. * * * § 12-1120. Abandoned Vehicles. * * * (6) [The salvor shall not charge more than one hundred dollars ($100) for the towing of the abandoned vehicle and not more than eleven dollars and fifty cents ($11.50) per day for each of the first five days of storage of that same abandoned vehicle, and not more than seventeen dollars and twenty-five cents ($17.25) for each day of storage thereafter.] The towing and storage fees that may be charged by an authorized salvor for the towing and storage of an abandoned vehicle shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of Section 12-2406.1 of this Code.
